Ingredients (All Organic):
Elderberries – Rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, elderberries are beloved for their immune-supportive properties and powerful effectiveness during cold and flu season.
Ginger Root – Warming and stimulating, ginger helps circulation, supports digestion, and brings a spicy depth to the blend.
Cinnamon – Aromatic and balancing, cinnamon adds natural sweetness and supports metabolic and immune function.
Preparation Guide (Basic Syrup Recipe):
Add syrup blend to 6 cups of water
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for at least 45 minutes covered
Strain well, then let cool slightly
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw honey (once cooled to warm, not hot) and stir to combine
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 months
Enjoy 1 tablespoon daily for adults, or 1 teaspoon for children over 1 year old as a seasonal immune tonic. Or take 3-4 times a day to acutely boost the immune system.
