Preparation Guide (Rehydration Mix):

Use 1 tablespoon of tea per 8 oz of water.

Steep with a lid on for 20–30 minutes, then strain.

For a replenishing iced tea, combine:

4 cups (1 quart) of brewed tea

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for electrolyte support)

1 tablespoon raw honey (for energy and trace minerals)
